I'm a professional Webmaster and I use nine CoffeeCup programs so far. It's just great to use CoffeeCup software! I especially like the lifetime licenses. With other software you have to pay yearly or with every major update. Not so with CoffeeCup. Pay once and you get every update as long as you live!! CoffeeCup software allows me to create great professional Websites at a fraction of the costs if I would use some other software, but with the same quality!! Just great!!

Well, here goes! It may be a bit lengthy, but I will add software-specific remarks and remarks about your efforts to maintain good customer-relations as well. It must have been some nine years ago, that I suggested to my mates that we should have a Website of our own. The 'we' I'm talking about are the members of Club 8 (out of some 25), who were new entrants to the Student Fraternity of Delft University (the Netherlands) in the year 1946. How I got introduced to CoffeeCup I don't remember, but with the help of QUICKSTART, I soon produced my first simple single sheet Webpage. Gradually, with your help, I taught myself to use the more sophisticated applications like Image Splicer, Image Mapper, frames and the other utilities which you provide in the HTML Editor. While this is the program of choice for setting up a new Website, the program used most often by me is Direct FTP which allows you to modify your pages on the Website itself. I'm sure I haven't fully exploited all the possibilites which the CoffeeCup programs offer. I'm also sure you will be able to add to, and improve the wealth of experience which is bundled in your software. For me and my mates, and that includes our wives, all closing in on the age of 80, it may be time to stop. But I'm proud of the fact that we stuck together for about sixty years. It deserved to be laid down in a Website, which will soon be a page in history.

I'm been using Coffeecup HTML Editor for ages and it's still my favorite tool for designing our Intranet pages. Being one of those guys who like full control over every character in the source code, CoffeeCup HTML Editor has saved me weeks of working time by releasing me of all the repetitive annoyances of HTML design. As my main job is the Intranet, I can't let you have a link to my work, but our company website at www.dic-europe.de also contains fractions of code that was generated with your tool. Recently I have bought Nicholas Longo's book "My Website is Better Than Yours" as a perfect present to an HTML newbie, and had to find that the latter chapters are worth reading even for more experienced people like me. It's also quite entertaining. I have been in contact with CoffeeCup Software's support only twice, and got quick and helpful responses from them. I also like the frequent updates that helped over the first glitches in the 2005 version when it was brand new - all problems were solved very quickly. My only remaining critics is that the large number of small tools you offer could be reduced or better integrated into each other - many of them could be plug-ins, or is there really a need for a stand-alone "Image-Slicer"? OK, you have to get your turnover from somewhere... Still CoffeeCup gets 4.8 out of 5 possible stars from me for overall performance. Keep on like you're doing now!

I am a Web designer living in Hampshire, England. My first experience was a couple of years ago with your GIF Animator - which I still use pretty much every day, in preference to the big company offerings out there. Your Password Wizard saved me a lot of trouble last year, and is the simplest way of providing user group security for non-critical data. I recently downloaded your Free DHTML Menu Builder, and am amazed that you can offer such a powerful piece of software for free! The icing on the cake for me is the GoogleMapper! I now have a stream of inquiries asking me to do Google Site Maps for other designers! It's been a lot of years since I first purchased the CoffeeCup web page editor. Since then I purchased Direct FTP, Headline maker and a tried a few others. I have always been impressed by the support from CoffeeCup, be it by phone, email or the forum. No silent treatment here when a problem surfaces, they usually answer very fast and with a no nonsense answer or a bunch of gibberish that others seem to use that equates to "We Don't Have The Answer" Others have come and gone but the CoffeeCup team has always be solid and always there, creating new products and adding features to existing ones. The web has changed a lot since I first got my first web editor from CoffeeCup but true to nature the CoffeeCup team never let me down with improved features to adapt to those changes. And finally, it is really nice when you need to download the software again because of a computer change out or crash. I just log in and the system not only remembers who I am but displays all the software I purchased in the past and makes it easy, very easy to recover my software friends.

Thanks for producing such an easy to use tool. Love the Book, I am reading it now, this will hopefully lead to more a better website design. I've done a couple of websites, one for my mum, she is a marriage Celebrant pilens.com.au, I tried 4 different packages, till I found Coffee Cup Software(VisualSite Designer) as a Demo with an Australian Computer Magazine, it was the most intuitive, easy to use, easy to update. T was so good I bought a License straight away. Then I needed to get a very simple Site Up and Running Quickly, it took less than 30 minutes to be up and publish junkyardart.com.au on the web. Everything is so easy and Intuitive. Everyone can use these tools, from the Novice Web Designer to Top End Designers. Great Products, Great Team, the Book is a Great Read too, excellent reference, and a good insight into the Company Culture. Keep up the Good Work.

I am absolutely amazed at the simplistic yet powerful features included in the many CoffeeCup Programs. I've Purchased Visual Site Designer and was creating web pages in no time. Plus other programs that helped are: Image Mapper, HTML Editor, and well, just about all of them. You owe it to yourself to make your life easier. Stop trying to learn HTML before building your site; learn as you go with CoffeeCup. I recommend these programs to anyone who appreciates quality and affordability. We have just formed a new team of bell ringers in our village so, of course, we needed a Website... Naturally I reached for my favorite (CoffeeCup) HTML Editor; flicking backwards and forwards between the Code Editor and Preview windows I soon got what I was after so... upload the lot to my ISP via (CoffeeCup Direct) FTP and I think it, www.pluckleyringers.co.uk, looks OK! I have used CoffeeCup Software for a long time and I guess you can go back and check the records, but with the ability to upgrade often when you come out with new additions free of charge was a plus for my continuing to use the software. Having only minimal knowledge of HTML, using CoffeeCup really made the process easier in creating my web pages for my site. Even though I used HTML Editor versions since the 95 one, I still wanted to try Visual Site Designer which I found really easy to use. I also use the Direct FTP to upload my files. I did use another product but decided what the heck and gave CoffeeCup a try in this area and I am so glad I did. Uploading my files was so much easier. I have tried Flash Firestarter, but decided not to use Flash on my site yet, but I still may. I have also learned a lot about HTML codes as well. When ever I had a issue, for instance: I upgraded my computer and bought a new hard drive, I needed to download the software again to the new drive. All I needed was my information and I was directed where to download any software that I purchased from CoffeeCup, you don't find that with any other company. With other companies you would have needed to have the original order number and sometimes that is not readily available. With CoffeeCup, who obviously keeps wonderful records, all I needed was my email of purchase. I love CoffeeCup software and will continue to use it. I also recommend them to all my friends and acquaintances who want to create web pages for their site or to replace those high priced web designers (grin).

CoffeeCup HTML Editor 2005 was the perfect tool to create Web pages to chronicle my road trip from coast to coast this summer. I created the pages with image place holders in advance. Then I used a pocket PC with a WiFi connection to upload pictures and some descriptive text.

The love story between my company and the CoffeeCup Software began when I dropped my previous software in the trash (you know the software from the big rich guy B.G.) because it was screwing my PHP code inside my web pages. From there I knew that I needed a real professional software, that was open to all existing way of coding a Web page. When I started to use HTML EDITOR and FIRE STARTER, I liked the simplicity and versatility of it. It's fast to load, and it's easy to maintain many Websites with these software. In a hard drive accident, I lost many hours of work and all the original copies of our Horseless Carriage Club Web page.
